Raw Vegan Teeth Care & Vegan Tooth Decay

By June 15, 2017 August 2nd, 2017 Uncategorized

We are talking vegan teeth care and tooth decay on a raw vegan or vegan diet. Does a vegan diet cause dental problems? No. Abstaining from meat, dairy, and eggs does not inherently lead to tooth decay.

Vegans have just as many problems with teeth as those eating meat do. A commonality though amongst raw vegans or natural-minded vegans, is to relax on teeth brushing and oral care. This certainly leads to tooth decay and cavities, regardless of diet.

To say, “A plant-based diet causes vegan teeth decay, because there are a large number of people who are vegan and have teeth decay, is akin to saying ‘”eating meat, dairy, and eggs inherently leads to tooth decay, because there are a large number of people who are eating meat and have teeth decay.
