Ingredients:
- 10 black mission figs
- 10 Medjool dates
- 2 Tbsp carob powder (cocoa or cacao could work too)
Directions:
- De-seed the dates. Strip the figs of any hard stems.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until well mixed. A ball will form and when the ball begins to disintegrate, the fudge is ready.
- For firmer bars, place the fudge into the freezer for a few hours.
