raw vegan fudge bites

Ingredients:

  • 10 black mission figs
  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 2 Tbsp carob powder (cocoa or cacao could work too)

Directions:

  1. De-seed the dates. Strip the figs of any hard stems.
  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until well mixed. A ball will form and when the ball begins to disintegrate, the fudge is ready.
  3. For firmer bars, place the fudge into the freezer for a few hours.
  4. Enjoy!
