Ingredients:
- 5-6 medium carrots, julienned or thinly sliced
- 2 apples, cored, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup raisins, dark and/or golden varieties
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup tahini (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare carrots and apples.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
3. Serve and enjoy!
