Ingredients:

  • 5-6 medium carrots, julienned or thinly sliced
  • 2 apples, cored, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins, dark and/or golden varieties
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup tahini (optional)

Directions:

1. Prepare carrots and apples.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
3. Serve and enjoy!
