Ingredients:

  • 8 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 dried mulberries
  • vanilla (fresh or extract)

Directions:

1. Process 5 frozen bananas and a pinch of vanilla powder or a 1/4 tsp vanilla extract into a smooth, homogenized ice cream. Set aside.
2. Process the remaining 3 bananas with the cup of raspberries, creating the pink colored nice cream.
3. Then layer the parfait in alternating scoops or place a large amount of banana nice cream at the base, topped with raspberry nice cream.
4. Decorate with a sprinkle of mulberries, or layer the mulberries into the parfait for a crunchy mix.
5. Enjoy!
