Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup young coconut flesh and coconut water blended OR coconut milk
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- juice of lime
- couple mint leaves
- water as needed
Directions:
- Blend the 1 cup mango, 3 bananas, and 1/2 cup coconut ‘milk’. Set aside.
- Blend raspberries, 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen mango, juice of a lime, and a couple mint leaves.
- Layer the smoothie in glasses.
