Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup young coconut flesh and coconut water blended OR coconut milk
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • juice of lime
  • couple mint leaves
  • water as needed

Directions:

  1. Blend the 1 cup mango, 3 bananas, and 1/2 cup coconut ‘milk’. Set aside.
  2. Blend raspberries, 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen mango, juice of a lime, and a couple mint leaves.
  3. Layer the smoothie in glasses.
  4. Enjoy!
