I hope that you enjoy the first episode of the High Energy Parenting podcast. I’m excited to share this project. The plan is to discuss and clarify topics of parenting, nutrition, and medicine from a perspective of natural health creation. This inaugural episode discusses a simple 3 step strategy we can use to create phenomenal levels of health, energy, and well-being.

If we already eat very healthfully and seek to improve on our diet by eating one more brazil nut or intermittent fasting one extra hour, this will make little difference if our goal is to improve our overall health experience. On the other hand, if we eat very well and yet have very unbalanced relationships with food, people, work, stress, or sleep our attention is best spent on developing one of our weak links as we maintain our healthy eating habits.
In fact, what we find is that as we improve on of our weak links we naturally are able to better maintain and improve in other areas of health creation.
As we eat healthier, exercising, work, and sleep are easier and more enjoyable. Likewise, when we feel on top of our fitness, we tend to find eating healthier easier, our emotions better balanced, and sleep to become more effortless. Each of the 33 elements of health work with one another, therefore an improvement in any one element makes every other element function better.
