I had been working full time and in school full time, leaving little time for being in the online social world. I’m going to continue to make the effort to create content and stay in contact with you. I appreciate all the well wishes and support. I plan to be creating healthy, helpful content until I’m 100.

I really appreciate your opens regarding fear and your challenges. From my many years raw I’ve learnt that the demands of life sometimes gets in our way. What helps me stay calmer inn those times is to remember that just like the seasons there is a time for activity, and a time for stillness. In winter we hibernate, and spring to life for summer.
