Welcoming Baby Ahanu & 3 Easy Steps to Having More Energy

By May 17, 2019 Uncategorized

We welcomed baby Ahanu Raka Cosmo into the world on March 22 at 10:05am. He was born 8lbs 9oz. Meagan went into labor around 1am. I had just finished typing a finals paper and went upstairs to bed, only to have Meagan tell me the good news of baby’s eminent arrival. A few hours later we had the birthing tub set up in the same room in which we had welcomed Taj into the world. The birthing process went relatively without hiccup and Meagan was stellar once more.

Thank you for all of the kind messages of support during my social media downtime. I definitely struggle to admit my weaknesses in the moments of challenge, but I was feeling overwhelmed at keeping up with social media expectations. Thankfully though, I managed to successfully complete the MCAT, while finishing up a 3-year undergrad in Human Physiology, applying to medical school, and maintaining work and family life. That said, I did start recording a podcast series and will be sharing that stream of lessons in upcoming emails and videos for subscribers.

For those who sent kind messages looking to help out our growing family, please support us through buying one of the recipe ebooks. (That way it’s a mutual exchange of support. =) )

As well, at the end of this video I included a bit of the style of free-form lessons that I will be sharing in the upcoming podcasts. This intro lesson discusses the 3 easy steps to having more energy.
