Here’s a look at what I eat in a typical day of healthy 801010 vegan eating. Our family always keeps it plant-based and focus on whole foods as much as possible. I’ve been vegan for nearly 10 years and feel better than ever. Still waiting for the protein deficiency to set in… 😉
Breakfast – 12 Nectarines
Dinner – 13 banana smoothie, followed by salad of steamed kale, dragon beans, celery, tomatoes, mangos dressed with tahini blended with lemon, garlic, and chia seeds.
