I struggle to record dinner time, as I cherish it and wish to keep some privacy. (Though I have already shown examples of us eating dinner in previous videos, if an example is needed.)
Don’t be fooled, health is a total composite of our inherited genetics, our past health transgressions, our diet, our environmental stressors, our emotions, our sleep, our fitness, our work, our thoughts, our water, our air, and the other remaining elements of health.
All are necessary for optimal health, and none can make up for the lack of another. Disease, aging, etc are all affected by the same factors as health. Diet is but one key element.
